Boulevard Lane Community

Boulevard Lane is a cornerstone development located on the north side of SE 192nd Street, just east of Meeker Middle School and close to the Soos Creek Trail.

With about 450 homes, Boulevard Lane is one of the first communities built in the Fairwood area in the mid-1960s. It is also one of the larger developments in the greater Fairwood area.

Boulevard Lane has a volunteer HOA community; over half are paying members.  An active HOA board, the association hosts a number of evernts such as an annual Easter Egg Hunt, Garage Sale Weekend, Dumpster Day, Bark Day, Soos Creek Trail Walk/Run, Safety Fair, Holiday Light Walk, and more.  The community also has its own neighborhood park, Boulevard Park.

Fairwood, a friendly bedroom community is a short commute to a variety of Puget Sound locations, including a 30-45 minute commute to Downtown Seattle.
